The ordinary expectation is that students who enroll in private institutions are rich, and therefore do not need financial assistance to complete their education. However, sometimes a person’s circumstances can change, and a person who was once financially secure can suddenly find himself vulnerable, and at risk of losing his education. So what happens then?
Luckily, there are a few bursary schemes open for students of private institutions in South Africa. The question now is what they require, and how to successfully apply and be accepted to receive the funding.
