It should be added that StarSat is determined to bring their products and services closer to people, and they ensured they opened branches in all major towns in the country. Customers can identify the closest branch on the company’s official website. You don’t have to always visit their physical address though. You should try to give them a call first. You will be connected with a real person instead of an automated system, who is trained to assist you to solve the issue swiftly. Then, if the representative couldn’t help enough, you can then go to any of their offices or agent centres during working hours.

When you called, try to give a very detailed explanation of what you want to get sorted out. Also, have the necessary information they will demand at hand – like your card number and account number. Even if you don’t have enough airtime to call them, you can simply send an SMS with your name to 4004, and they will give you a call instead.
