If you prefer to cancel your Cell C contract via a phone call, you can do that by contacting the Cell C customer care office. When an agent attends to you, let them know that you wish to cancel a data contract and they will take it up from there.

Cards are charged on the 25th of every month after which you will receive the subscription value on the 1st day of the next month. If you signed up for a new contract before the 25th, your first payment will be a percentage of the full amount depending on the number of days left in the month. For instance, if you are to pay R269 for the first month of a Pinnacle contract, you would be required to only pay a percentage of that amount like R100 or R150 all based on the date you subscribed for the contract.
If you signed up for the contract after the 25th of the month, you will be required to pay for the days left in the month and the full amount for the next month. For instance, instead of R269 for a Pinnacle contract, you will be required to pay more. However, you will be charged the normal amount in the coming months for high-quality service. Interestingly, new customers will be credited for the time taken to deliver and activate the SIM.
