Open Learning Group Online Application 

As you pick your desired program, those guys have made it so easy that you can just get your own application form from the website. It should be added that doing this does not even require an OLG login. 

So, you have to identify your program and spot its table, and you will be able to access the form. Hence, you will be required to fill in information such as your Personal details (be careful to fill in the correct details), your Academic profile Program, specialization, Examination information, Payment method.
